The Academy of Russian Ballet offers ballet opportunities across the world.  IYRB’s productions are integral to Monica’s work training children as young as five and up to advanced students of all ages.  With the support of its sponsor Allianz and consistent national television, radio and news coverage the ballet troupe is engaging ever-broader audiences in the performance of world-class ballet.

She has been able to introduce a new generation to the discipline of Russian ballet enabling students to develop their own expressive abilities, self-confidence and in many cases realize their dreams to perform and succeed as an artist.  Monica facilitates ballerina’s who aspire to become professionals in the World’s most well known ballet companies by leveraging her contacts in Russia and across the ballet world.

The Academy’s examinations are to the highest standard in the Industry.   Students complete certified exams to Russian standards which is unique in Ireland drawing students from all over the world to train with the IYRB.
