The Academy of Russian Ballet has three main activities:

1. The largest part in terms of student numbers is the schools which cater to over 250 students across five locations.
2. Summer schools offer focused high level training to improve technique and focus on repertoire, and;
3. The full time Academy of Russian Ballet is a new international centre of excellence in Russian Ballet education.

The Academy’s ballet schools caters for dancers aged 5 up to advanced and adult. There is a class to suit everyone!  The Ballet School has five main features that make it one of the most effective schools for developing your Ballet:

1. The ballet teachers are professional dancers with experience on the International stage.
2. Each class is taylor made for the children in the class so as to develop their potential as quickly and effectively as possible.
3. Students are taught excerpts from well known Ballet productions including, Giselle, Swan Lake, The NutCracker, Don Quixote, Coppelia, La Bayadera, Cinderella, Romeo and Juliet, Sleeping Beauty, Les Sylphides and Le Corsaire.
4. Students are encouraged to audition for the Irish Youth Russian Ballet Company and its regular performances throughout Ireland.
5. Students have the opportunity to train alongside worldclass professional ballet dancers from all over the world.

The progression through the courses combined with performances with the Company results in outstanding progress for Monica’s students.

What if you currently attend another Ballet School?
Monica encourages children to stay with their teacher and hopefully move to the classes she teaches with older girls when the time is right.  The decision about where to train can also depend on location.  All inquiries are welcome.
