Monica is now a ballet teacher in Ireland.  In 2006, having returned to Ireland from years as a professional Ballerina in Russia, Monica established her first Ballet School in Dublin, which became The Academy Of Russian Ballet in 2007.

Her school now implements a comprehensive program from primary school age students to professional level dancers.  The program includes Ballet exams for all levels and is known as a centre of excellence for Ballet education.

The Academy teaches ballet to the highest standards. Monica has a teaching diploma, which together with her years of training and performing around the world with Perm, makes the The Academy of Russian Ballet one of the most prestigious of Ireland’s Ballet Schools.  As a ballet teacher she has trained numerous other ballet teachers who help her teach their program of classes all around Ireland.
